Also, contingent on the lot being an approved building lot by the town of Tolland. If the bid is not accepted, apply the same terms to a bid on Map 119 Lot 66 Forest Road. $100.00 submitted.

Letter received from Susan Moore of Porcupine Point regarding her concerns with a laundry facility in Wildwood. The board took the letter under advisement.
The Board of Selectmen approved the use of the Tolland Town Hall Nov. 16th -17th for The Granville/Tolland Citizens Scholarship Associations “rock a thon”.
The Board of Selectmen approved the following policy for the upkeep of the town parcel files:
In the interest of maintaining a more complete library of town information, it is the Board of Selectmen’s request that any and all information pertinent to properties in Tolland be kept in the corresponding parcel file housed at the Town Hall. All applications, permits, approvals, designs and plans, and any other appropriate material shall be filed by each department in the parcel master file. Anyone requiring information from a parcel file may only take a copy of the enclosed information.
If any department head or inspector has older material stored at another location, please file that material at the town hall. If you need help designating a parcel number, the Board of Assessors can aid in that process.
The Board of Selectmen will not be meeting the 3rd Monday of each month.
